This approach emphasises the importance of the therapeutic relationship and focuses on the client's strengths, resources, and resilience. Using this approach I am able to combine different theories and techniques from various therapeutic modalities to provide you with a personalised treatment.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and gain insight into your experiences both past and present.
